Orange Herbal Bitters

These Orange Bitters are wonderfully warming due to the addition of delicious spices such as cardamom, ginger and cinnamon.

Have you heard of bitters? They're an alcohol-based extract of various herbs. The main herbs are bitter, but aromatic herbs are also added to give them a pleasant flavor. A bitter aperitif before a meal stimulates your digestion, and a bitter digestif afterward provides further support.

How do you use them? Add half a pipette to water or sparkling water to taste and drink as an aperitif (before your meal) or digestif (after your meal). They're great for your digestion! They can help with occasional stomach upset or bloating. Perfect for those upcoming festive meals! They'll get your digestion moving.

But! You can also use them as cocktail bitters! They call bitters the "salt and pepper" of cocktails because they enhance the other flavors. Orange bitters are delicious in an Old Fashioned, for example.
