Always wanted to learn how to make Smoke Wands? And how to use herbs to bring more spirituality and intention into your life? Discover the power of local herbs and learn how they can add peace, focus and meaning to your daily life. In this workshop you will not only take home knowledge and creations, but also a moment of connection with yourself and nature.

What do you learn?

• Why I consciously avoid using white sage, palo santo, or the term “smudging,” and how to use locally available herbs in a respectful way.
• Which herbs suit your needs and intentions, such as peace, protection or clarity.
• How to use Smoke Wands for energetic cleansing, meditation or rituals.

Getting Started
We start with an inspiring explanation of the spiritual and practical meaning of herbs and Smoke Wands. Then we get to work creatively and intuitively. You work with scents, colors and your feelings to create four unique Smoke Wands, perfectly aligned with your intentions.
