For The Moon Box, a project together with Karen van Ortiga and Maïté from Mighty Stardust, I developed new herbal infusions, one for the New Moon and one for the Full Moon.
The blends (and by extension the entire Moon Box) have been developed to help you feel more connected to the moon.
Both blends contain Mugwort and Rosemary, two true moon herbs. For the Full Moon we go for a full mysterious taste. Rose and Rosehip symbolize abundance and enjoyment, reflecting on what has blossomed and what you may harvest. Damiana awakens the wild in you and Angelica helps you to ground yourself and to connect with something higher
When it is a Full Moon (or a few days before or after) take a moment to enjoy a cup of Full Moon herbal tea. A cup of tea for journaling, for daydreaming on your favorite Full Moon Playlist, howling at the Moon by yourself or celebrating with your Moon Sisters.
You can celebrate the moon in a circle or on your own. You do you, the moon is already in you, you just have to listen to it.
Ingredients: Rosemary, Rose, Rosehip, Damiana, Angelica, Mugwort.*
1 to 2 coffee spoons per cup of boiling water, let it steep for 5 minutes.
* All Mirabella herbal infusions are made very consciously without aromas. Not even "natural" aromas. The delicious herbs and possibly the fruit provide the scent, the color and the taste.
