Herbal Vinegar Fire

This is a spicy, tangy vinegar that, besides being sour and sweet, also has a delicious zing thanks to the garlic and ginger. The recipe is based on Rosemary Gladstar's Fire Cider, a traditional recipe that combines all sorts of powerful ingredients to help you fend off winter ailments.

Can be used as a flavouring in stews and soups, as a dressing on salads, or as a shot (pure or diluted with a little water).

For those who prefer not to use honey, there is now also a version without honey.

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, (honey), extracts of onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, red pepper, rosemary and black pepper .

Content: 250ml

Store in a cool, dark place, shake before use.
