Mirabella's Green Oat Elixir is made from oats harvested when they are not yet ripe, but green and “milky”. If you crush the seeds at this point, a white milky substance comes out, hence the name 'Milky Oats'. At this time, oats contain substances that are a tonic for the nervous system.

As a tonic it offers long-term support by nourishing and strengthening the nervous system. Of course, this can only be supportive if the lifestyle (diet, rest, ...) is also adjusted.
