In this Elixir I combined Wild Fennel and Mint from Texel with Chamomile that I bought. I also had a few Texel Rose Petals, which I mixed in as well.
This combination of herbs is supportive for both digestion and the nervous system. And especially if one of these two is not running smoothly and has an influence on the other. Occasionally bloated, stressed, ...? These herbs bring peace to your head and to your stomach .
And it's also just really tasty :)
Use : to taste: from a few drops to 1 or 2 pipettes in cocktails, tea, a glass of water or directly on your tongue.
